Michigan is a great place to live, work, worship, raise a family and enjoy the outdoors. I have had the privilege of living in West Michigan all my life. I have enjoyed the Great Lakes region and all of its beauty and the many sporting and outdoor activities available.

We will have to admit the quality of life for all Michigan citizens is under assault. As your representative I will promote sound solutions to resolve our state’s problems for the long term.

We need to assist our businesses and help them remain competitive; in turn they will be able to provide jobs for our children, our grandchildren and us. Tremendous pressure will be put on our families if our children and grandchildren cannot find employment in Michigan.

Positive solutions are needed to promote and improve our education system. A properly prepared student will make a valuable employee and a productive citizen.

To protect our Great Lakes and ground water, we need common sense legislation. Over-regulation of this irreplaceable resource would be crippling to Michigan’s economy.

I have many years of problem solving experience in the areas of business, education and local government. I would consider it a privilege to use those skills and serve on your behalf in Lansing.
